RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

Products that you return or exchange must be unworn/unused/unwashed. Shoezine does not guarantee wear or tear or any damage unrelated to the manufacturer. 
To qualify to return your order, an order must have been placed within the last 60 days, products you return must be unworn/unused in the original packaging and shipping must be paid for by the customer.* If you qualify, follow these steps to begin your return:

  1. Call Shoezine (305) 251-8004 to receive your RMA # within 60 days of placing your order to receive our returns department address. No return fees will apply.

  2. To expedite your return, include all original packing and materials, remove all address references from the return package before attaching shipping label, and protect the label by covering it with clear plastic tape.

  3. Take your return package to the carrier’s nearest shipping location.

When making a return or an exchange, Shoezine will: 

  • Refund your full purchase price for each item in the returned shipment to the credit card used to make your purchase.

Shoezine has the right to accept or refuse any returns as we see fit. Once we receive the merchandise at our warehouse it will be inspected by a specialist who will determine if your return is valid. Refund is issued within 1 business day of inspection. Shoezine's 60 day Return & Exchange policy does not apply to orders being returned from International locations (locations outside of the United States) and APO/FPO locations.
