How do I return an item?
To qualify to return your order, an order must have been placed within the last 60 days, products you return must be unworn/unused in the original packaging and shipping must be paid for by the customer.* If you qualify, follow these steps to begin your return:

Shoezine.com has the right to accept or refuse any returns as we see fit. Once we receive the merchandise at our warehouse it will be inspected by a specialist who will determine if your return is valid.
