How do I return an item?



To qualify to return your order, an order must have been placed within the last 60 days, products you return must be unworn/unused in the original packaging and shipping must be paid for by the customer.* If you qualify, follow these steps to begin your return:
  1. Submit your information using the RMA Request Form within 60 days of placing your order to receive our returns department address. No return fees will apply.

  2. To expedite your return, include all original packing and materials, remove all address references from the return package before attaching shipping label, and protect the label by covering it with clear plastic tape.

  3. Take your return package to the carrier’s nearest shipping location.

Once we receive the merchandise at our warehouse it will be inspected by a specialist who will determine if your return is valid.
